Swiss Outing

In this period of depression, friends are very important to usher you back to the normal path. After gathering with my swiss friends for a moive outing at cinlesuire, I was feeling better. A sense of well-being I would say. Tough the moive had a sloppy storyline, it was worth watching for entertainment - the final entertainment before A level. Work hard people. We are reaching the finishing line soon although some of us (including me) have trip on something and fall down. Just get up and keep running. Remember: Never look behind.

National Library

The National Library does not look like a library: its white painting and 14 stories make it looks more like a hotel. Anyway, I went to this unusual libraray with my family today. Its lobby is very wide and have a lot passages. This made me feeling lost at that moment. However, we decided to visit the basement first. The basement looked messy and a lot of people were busily fliping through the book like searching for gold. Out of the chaos, there was still some people sitting on the table doing their work quietly and calming. Haha, I really mesmerized by their "will power" to stay calm. Then, we started to "climb" up the library, floor by floor, up to 14 stories. The "route" was harsh and exhaustive but we "made" it eventually. Oh yeah. I spot an AJ couple at one point of my journey but I promise them to keep it as a secret. Hehe. Secretive lah. =p

The Aftermath of Prelims

Prelims were over. Really over. I hope that I won't be destroyed fully. Haha. Dun think abt it le la. Just continue to work hard. But post prelims was so shuang! My class guys and I went to AMK lan shop for 5 hrs non-stop lan games! Wao! We played CS, Half-life and Frozen Throne! Haha, we enjoying "slaying" each other and we cheered throughout the whole process. Tough it cost us about ten bucks each, it was worth it. This is the kind of experience that is really unforgetable. Take a good rest and be recharged for A levels!

Prelims was a Predicament

I flung two out of three prelims paper that I have taken this week. Chemistry was the worst, followed by Maths and Bio (unexpectedly). As a result, this aggravates my depression. When I was taking my chem paper today halfway through, I thought that if this was my A levels, I might as go home. Hopefully this will not happen in my A levels. But sitting down there and hoping will not improve this predicament. Actions count and I need to take apt measures quickly and swifty (but a least not for today cos I am still in the blues of chem paper). This three papers have concluded that more effort is needed from me in studies. No more slacking. No more dreaming. No more anything not related to studies from now on.

However, to be optimistic, the grades of the prelims are still not set yet. I still have the other papers to take and I shall not let this chance to slip from my hand again (though my hands are sweaty sometimes O_o). Life is tough now but do we have any other choice? So, just mug la.. Jia you everyone! We are beaten but not defeated! Remember that we are old warriors and general in the battle field of study! (We have a decade of exp le.. -.-).

Depression?

I think I am having depression due to the stress from the incoming prelims. Often, I feel sad without reason. The "sad", to be exact, is the souring feeling. I may just sit down at my study table and stone for a long period of time. Sigh, what has happened to me? Mental illness is perilous because their consequences are drastic and they are not easy to be notice, even by the person himself. Luckily, I am able to recognise these signs and predict that I may have a slight depression. Thus, I am trying to cope with this illness by thinking of good memories and sharing my troubles with the people around me. I hope I will be fine and return to my old self soon. Take care people, especially during this critical period. This is because people tend to fall sick when they are under great stress.

Ways to relieve stress
1. Shout
2. Break used pen?
3. Play sports or musical stuffs (recommanded)

Project Super Star Winner: Kelvin

I am so glad that Kelvin won the finals of the Project Super Star. Although he wasn'ts singing as good as Kelly during the finals, he won by voting. Actually, the finals is rebundant because both of them get a contract each and hence, I hope that Kelly's fan will not be too upset by the results. Kelvin rocks!
